Have you heard the GOOD NEWS? Have you trusted in Jesus Christ as your Savior? If not, you can do that today!
GOOD NEWS! GOOD NEWS!
#1You must first realize that you are a
sinner. You do bad things.
In the Bible it says, “As it is written,
There is none righteous, no, not one.”
(Romans 3:10) It also says, “For all have
sinned, and come short of the glory of
God.” (Romans 3:23)
#2There is a payment for sin.
Romans 6:23 tells us,
“For the wages of sin is death;”
When Adam first sinned in the Garden of
Eden, a curse of death came upon all men.
That wasn’t just a physical death but
was also a separation from fellowship
with God.
Where’s the good news? You might be asking. Here it is!
#3Someone paid that price of sin for you!
Who? Jesus Christ did!
Romans 5:8 says, “But God commendeth
his love toward us, in that, while we
were yet sinners, Christ died for us.”
God made a way for the payment of sin
to be paid. It was through His Son Jesus
Christ!
#4This is a gift to you! But it isn’t a gift until you take it. How? By believing in
the death, burial, and resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ. That’s it!
The Bible tells us in Ephesians 2:8-9, ”For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: not of works lest any man should boast.” Nothing we can do will get us into heaven. It is only through what
Jesus did, His blood shed, that we can go to heaven.
#5 What do have to do?Just accept His gift of salvation!
God’s Word says in Romans 10:9, “That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that
God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.”
