• Provide quick assessment of the quality of the ATAC-seq data– diagnostic plot of insert size distribution of sequenced fragments

(periodicity)

– proportion of mitochondria reads (< 5%)

– genome-wide nucleosome positioning pattern at TSS

– CTCF or other Transcript Factor footprints (depleted signals)
