In the building sector we’d be called DBFM.We Design, Build, Finance, and Maintain the companies we create. For each company we shape the idea and business model. We then attract the right business leader, we invest for the long-term, and we grow the company for years.

We look for “the next big thing”.We watch and evaluate the disruptions in “the future of living” and “the future of working”. But we are not into the dreams of the far future, yet we detect the next big thing in those far-future domains.
