WELCOME TO YOUR LEARNING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (LMS)
A Learning Management System (LMS) is a software application for the administration,
documentation, tracking, reporting, and delivery of online and classroom courses.
Clients who use the Pegasus LMS may have their own environment, or they may use an
environment that is collective, such as our Rail Industry Worker LMS, to host their own online and
classroom courses. As a learner, this means you may be invited to a number of LMS’s depending
on the Pegasus client you work for.
As a learner, what can I do in each LMS?
• Complete online training courses
• Re-visit completed courses
• View the details of classroom courses, such as the location, time and date
• View your certificates from completed online courses
• Update your personal details, including your email and password
HOW DO I KNOW IF I HAVE ACCESS TO AN LMS?
You will only have access if you are booked into an online and/or classroom course by your
company administrator.
1. If they do this, you will be sent an email with all the details about how to login to this
environment, such as the one below.
4
2. Click the link in the email and fill in the required information. You will be logged in and have
access to the courses booked for you.
3. To return to the client’s LMS later, bookmark the URL.

WHAT DOES THE COLOUR OF THE COURSES MEAN?
Your progress is indicated by the colour of the courses. All courses for the Pegasus client’s LMS
will be listed under your My Profile tab. Here, you can see all courses from all Pegasus clients,
not just the client’s LMS that you are currently logged into.
• Orange indicates in progress or not yet started courses
• Green indicates passed courses
• Red indicates failed courses
HOW DO I CHANGE MY EMAIL OR PASSWORD?

The Pegasus LMS is designed to work on mobiles, tablets and desktop computers, however,
whether you can complete it on your mobile depends on the author of the course.
