• Normandy, from 27 October to 2 NovemberDishes include chicken from the Auge valley; apple tart and Isigny cream.
• Nord-Pas de Calais, from 3 to 9 NovemberDishes include chicken hotchpotch, sugar tart & Kriek sorbet.
• Brittany, from 10 to 16 November Dishes include fish soup, crêpes with salted butter caramel.
• Aquitaine, from 17 to 23 November Dishes include confit duck, poached pear and blackcurrant sorbet.
• Auvergne and Limousin, from 24 to 30 NovemberDishes include coq au vin, pear croustade.
