Try to get closer to our target (79 slips) with the following considerations: Consider the center dock reduction Dry sail crane area needs to be kept clear Junior Sailing needs to be able to launch in all
weather Generally place larger boats to the East and
smaller, more maneuverable boats to the West. Tighten turning radiuses and finger dock
spacing to be comparable to current KYC norms

No swimming in the harbour Electrical safety Traffic/Visibility
Outer JS launch ramp can be used for swimming
Possibly add an anchored swim raft 2/3 along the main attenuator
Ensure swim ladders are placed along exterior of all exterior docks/attenuators
Swimming could also occur to the East of spine A with adequate buoyage.
