Ifyourbikefailstechinspectionyouwillbeabletoremedythesituationandhavethebikecheckedagain.Tirescanbeobtainedatthetracksidevendoraswellasmanyotherpartsandaccessoriesforyourbike.Iftheontrackvendordoesnothavethepartsyouneedaskaround.Manypeoplewilllendyoutime,toolsandpartstohelpgetyoubacktosafeoperatingcondition.Onceyourbikepassestechyouwillgetadecalthatwillallowyourbikeaccesstothetrack.Wecanissueastickerforeverybikeyouintendtorideanddorequireeachonetopasstechinspection.Ifyouhavequestionsabouttirepressureoranyothertechnicalquestionsaboutyourbikesetup,askoneofthecoachesorourtirevendor.Theywillbemorethanhappytoassistyou.

LineisthepaintedwhitestripethatextendsfromtheendofPitWalltowardsTurn1.YouDONOTcrossoverthislineatanytimetoenterthetrack.NomatterthespeedorGroup,majoraccidentsareavoidedbyfollowingthisprocedure.

• RidersWILLraisetheirLEFThandintheairwhileexitingpitout.Stayingto

theLEFToftheBlendLinewiththeirLefthandraised,ridersarecertifyingtoPit-OutOfficialsandRidersontrackthattheirheadsareintherightplaceandfocused.ThisalsoisacourtesytotheriderontrackenteringTurn1thatyouwillnotjustcutoutinfrontofhim.

• ManytimesRidersexitingpitlanewiththeirLEFThandupsignalingtheyare

enteringcourteouslywillarriveatTurnOneataboutthesametimeaRidercomingfromthefrontstraightis.ThecourtesywasextendedbytheRiderenteringthetrackofnotcuttingTheBlendLineandstayingtoRidersleft,sotheriderontrackneedstoreturnthecourtesyandlettheRiderenterTurnOnesafely.TheRiderbehindmakesthesafepass!

• EXITINGtheTrack–Ridersarerequiredtostayfocusedbybeingcompletely

predictableandmaketheirintentionsclearthattheywillbeExitingthetrack.ThisisimperativewithasimplefootoutbrieflyandthentheLEFThandup(pleasedon’traiseyourThrottlehand)orbothandthenmovingtoRider’sleftofthetrack.

GroupsThenameofthegameis“Predictability”!Regardlessofskillsetorrepetition,bepredictable.LapseinjudgementornojudgementatallcancauseacatastrophicissueontrackANDinthepitarea.Groupshelpseparatetrafficandmaintaincomfortzonesforallriders.AnAdvancedriderisgoingtobeonedgearoundBeginnerswhoarestilllearningthecraftandcouldpotentiallydosomethingunexpected.AnewriderisreallygoingtobeonedgewhenanAdvancedriderblastsbythematseeminglyimpossiblespeeds.Ourgroupshelpalloweveryonetoenjoytheirdayandbecomfortable.Hereisanoverviewofthegroupsthatweoffer.Thesearesimilartoothertrackdayorganizationsthatyoumayhaveriddenwithinthepast.Themostimportantthingistopickthegroupthatyouaremostcomfortablein.Wehavealotmorerespectandcomfortwithridersthatunderestimatetheirabilitiesratherthanoverestimate.Wedoreservetherighttomoveyouintoamoreappropriategroupifthecoachesfeelasthoughthere’sanissue.Nothingpersonalhere.Ouronlyconcernsaresafety.

• BlueGroup(Beginner)–Thisisourbasegroup.Ifyoudon’thavepriorexperienceorverylittleridingatthetrack,starthere.It’sagreatplacetodoalotoflearning.EachBeginnersessionisCoachled.FromthereCoacheswillwaveyoubywhentheyfeelnecessary.Passingisallowedonthestraightswithnopassingincorners.There’snospeedlimitsinBeginnerandfasterriderscaneasilygetaroundwithabitofpatience.Coachesarepresentandwatchingalltraffic.Ifyouappeartoneedabitofhelpwewilloftencomeandfindyou.Ifwehavenotfoundyouandyouneedhelp,feelfreetotalktoacoach.Theyaregladtohelp.

• WhiteGroup(Intermediate)–Thisgrouphasthewidestrangeofriderskill.
