BeforejoiningHelpingHands,Iworkedforanothercarecompanyasanhourlycarer,thenmovedontobeapreventionandenablementworkerworkingwiththeNHStoassistwithhospitalchargesthenprovidinginterimcarethatwaswithinthesamecompany.Myresponsibilitiesweretocarryoutassessments,andrunningtheoncallsystemandco-ordinatingwithstaffwiththeirrotas.
