Javier  Aguilar  Deputy  Program  Manager,  Extractive  Industries  Transparency  Initiative  Multi-­‐Donor  Trust  Fund  World  Bank      Javier  Aguilar  is  the  Deputy  Program  Manager  for  the  EITI-­‐  MDTF  at  the  World  Bank.      He   has   key   experience   in   the   extractive   industries  area  and  has  written  extensively  on  the  topic.      In   2009  he   presented   a   seminar   on   Enhancing   Local  Benefits   from   Extractive   Industries   Investments.   He  was   the   primary   author   of   the   2011   World   Bank   publication   Implementing   EITI   at   the  Subnational  Level:  Emerging  Experience  and  Operational  Framework.
