H Y D R A U L I C SInternational Series Eaton pump and
motor reduces fuel consumption, and operate at cooler temperatures that
increase system life. The high torque rating delivers more power to mix low slump concrete. The relief valves are
located in the pump and not the motor for increased efficiency.
G E A R B O XThe quality ZF gearbox features a high
torque 70,231.4 Nm (51,800 ft./lbs.) motor that delivers 94% efficiency direct
to the drum. The 18-bolt drum-mounting flange displaces the torque over a
larger area for longer life and smoother operation. The 144 to 1 reduction means more efficient operation and the leak-
free design offers cleaner operation.

Since 1976, McNeilus has built durable and rugged mixer systems that deliver innovation,
craftsmanship, and quality to customers around the globe. The leading North American brand
for decades, McNeilus is the name you can trust for reliability, productivity and unmatched value.
From the quality parts and components to a committed network of parts and service providers,
we settle for nothing less than the best, and neither should you.
The legendary McNeilus drum is made from 4.76 mm ( 3/16-inch) AR200 6329 kg/cm (90,000 PSI) abrasion–resistant steel for long life and maximum payload.
The fin design is form-pressed through-out the entire drum for a smoother spiral and faster discharge.
Robotic welding ensures consistent quality. 100% solid welds at the seams make the drum a structural part of the mixer.

The 98.43 mm (3 7/8-inch) forged alloy steel drum rollers and one-piece roller bracket deliver strength and durability.
The rear pedestal is built with extended front gussets to handle the twisting and flexing forces present during the mixing and discharging process.
Hydraulically operated up/down feature on main chute means less work for operator and reduces chance of injury.
Charge hopper size increased by 25% improves efficiency during loading and allows operator better visibility during cleaning.
The rugged front pedestal design and direct drive transmission evenly distributes the torque load.
Large, paver style main chute works better with low slump concrete for improved productivity and performance.
