The quality control activities conducted in such way is calledzenshateki hishitsu kanri ("company-wide quality control", and "CWQC" for short)

orsogoteki hinshitsu kanri ("total quality control, and "TQC" for short).

In order to perform quality control effectively, throughout all phases of the enterprise activities

such asmarket survey, research and development, planning of product, design, production readiness,

procurement and subcontract, manufacture, inspection, sales and after servicingas well as
