HOUSING SURVEY

Over 3,600 surveys were completed -the majority online, though some werecompleted via paper survey athomeless shelters and family supportfacilities. Responses reflect a widecross-section of the community.

Nearly half of all respondents areunsatisfied with their current housingstatus. Cost is the primary factor,followed by space constraints, nuisances,and poor housing quality (among otherfactors in 5th place and below).

12% of respondents reportedexperiencing housing discrimination..All age groups have been affected. Of those experienced discrimination,only 12% reported it.
