WHAT IS CASTER SUGAR?
Caster sugar is called "super-fine" sugar in the United States. It is finer
than granulated sugar (ordinary baking sugar) but not as fine as
powdered or confectioners sugar.

WHAT IS CORNFLOUR?
Cornflour is identical to corn starch.
WHAT IS PURE CREAM?
Pure Cream is a cream with 35–56% fat. In our recipe it is used to
make a whipped cream. In the United States, you can make your own
from heavy whipping cream, or purchase prepared whipped cream
like Cool Whip or Reddi-wip.
