International Summer Training Camp

1. Purpose: - Development of sport in general and rhythmic gymnastics, in particular, by involving athletes
in different training stage in order to achieve a high degree of personal mastery of sports
2. Objectives: - Learning, strengthening and improving body technique - Learning, enhancing and improving the apparatus technique to succeed in performing as
many apparatus difficulties as possible with the Code of Points - Development of general physical qualities (speed, skill, strength and endurance) in both
indoor and outdoor training, on lightweight relief forms, in water, but also in the gym - Specific physical training ‐ development of joint mobility and flexibility - Choreography (Russian Vaganova School) - Increasing artistic expressiveness by using techniques borrowed from the theater art - Learning dance steps from Romanian folk dances - Lerning dance steps from Latin dances (salsa, mambo, bachata, cha‐cha etc.) - Educating attitudes, beliefs, moral feelings of fair play and friendship - Developing discipline, organizational spirit, courage and perseverance

physical preparation in the open air / body training / specific training with the apparatus o 30.07.2017 (Sunday) – recreational training at “Slanic” Saline – 217 m. underground o 31.07.2017 ‐ morning training and trip to “Therme” Bucharest – the largest recreation,
wellnes and entertainment centre in Europe o 3.08.2017 ‐ Departure of the participants
- Second session: o 6.08.2017 ‐ Arrival, accommodation and registration of participants o 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 15, 16.08.2017 ‐ two trainings per day ‐ choreography / general physical
training in the open air / body technique training / specific training with the apparatus
o 13.08.2017 (Sunday) ‐ recreational training at “Slanic” Saline – 217 m. underground o 14.08.2017 – morning training and trip to Therme Bucharest – the largest recreation,

- First training of the day ‐ choreography / physical training in the open air or gym - Second training ‐ in the gym - Between the two trainings ‐ swimming pool, and resting - On request, swimming lessons and the services of a specialist in kinesiotherapy and
cranioscral therapy – extra charge
6. Technical Team Members PUIU SIMONA – Main Coach Physical Education Teacher, the coach of CSM Ploiesti – Rhythmic Gymnastics Former rhythmic gymnast, multiple National Champion, the coach of Denisa Stoian and Miruna Ciocirlan (members of the Romanian Rhythmic Gymnastics National Team). The gymnasts prepared by Simona won many national and international titles, Denisa Stoian being a participant, together with the Romanian Team, at the European Championships in Holon, Israel, 2016
TATIANA ARENCOVA – Coreographer Coreographer, former ballerina at Romanian National Opera Russian Choreographer, graduate of the Russian Academy of Ballet Vaganova. She was a ballerina and choreographer at "Silvia Duran Spanish Dance and Flamenco School and Company" founded in 1977 in Israel
MIRELA DULGHERU – Physical Preparator Associate Professor PhD. Master of Sport. Honorary Citizen of Ploiesti City Former Olympic Athlete, World Univercity Champion, Mirela holds the third national performance of all time in the open‐air jump (7,14 m), the National Record (unbeaten since 1993) for the long jump in the room (6,99 m), as well as the Sprint National Records at 50, 60 (7.21 sec., still in force) and 80 meters. He has won 12 Balkan titles and has been over 100 times nationally awarded
ALEXANDRA PISCUPESCU – Honorary Guest Romanian Team Coach and International Judge Former rhthmic gymnast, holding six titles of the Romanian Champion, multiple medalist at national and international tournaments, especially loved both in Romania and abroad. She has gained sympathy over time for her simple way of being, through modesty and the pleasant way she interacts with people.
LILIANA BAESCU – COORDINATOR Coach and International Judge Member of the "Equinox" Ploiesti Theater (1989‐2008), Liliana has been able to fully understand the relationship between body and soul, a relationship that has an essential component in artistic sports: expressivity. He is the initiator of the rhythmic gymnastics activity of CSM Ploiesti and the International Spring Cup Tournament, the only competition in Romania organized by a club, accredited by FIG
7. Participants
- Participation in these special training sessions is recommended for athletes born in 2008 and older, with a state of health appropriate to advanced level, as evidenced by a certificate issued by a sports physician.
- Also can attend these training courses the coaches of the gymnasts. - Participants are required to hold medical insurance during their stay in Romania
8. Financial obligations1
All costs are the responsibility of the participants. - Gymnast / coach in double room ‐ 550 euro / person - Extra persons ‐ 370 euros - Gymnasts / coaches without accommodation, meals and trips ‐ 180 euro The price includes: - Accommodation in four‐star hotel with swimming pool and playground

9. Transportation
- The cost of transport is covered by participants. - The trips to “Slanic” Saline and “Therme” Bucharest are the responsibility of the
organizers, being included in the participation fee - Day of arrival: July 23 or August 6, 2017 - Day of departure: 3 or 17 August 2017 - Transfer from Henry Coanda Airport to Bucov and return is possible, on request, at extra
