In 2014 Integral and Griffith University received a Global Data Integration Innovation Award for enhancing

Our Integration Experience
Flight Centre Limited engaged Integral as their Integration partner to provide integration consulting, capability establishment
(methodologies, operations and development), integration solution delivery and project governance. Integral was selected due to our
extensive integration experience and proven methodologies. Integral leveraged IIM to establish Flight Centre’s integration capability,
with a strong focus on requirements gathering and analysis as a key differentiator for ensuring the successful delivery. Integral
continues to provide integration consulting and platform support.

Integral Services Delivered:
Sunsuper engaged Integral to establish Integration Governance and Centres of Excellence that leveraged our Integration specific
methodologies. The engagement required a determination of Integration Maturity Level, a future state Maturity Level and a roadmap
to enable this outcome. Integral then delivered on the roadmap recommendations. Also as part of a continuous improvement program
Integral completed a review of the BizTalk production environment and identified and resolved a number of issues becoming an
extension of the Sunsuper IT team.

Stanwell Corporation Limited needed to improve the efficiency of their Financial Management processes in order to reduce time, cost,
complexity and manual handling and error rates. Stanwell’s core financial system received updated information from source systems
processing; People Management (HR) and Energy Trading activities, either manually or via a series of complex uploads. Integral
facilitated workshops with key staff to define the challenge and identify the business critical information to be integrated. Integral
designed and built a seamless integration solution to gain the efficiencies required by Stanwell. This solution is supported by Stanwell
and Integral. Integral has since commenced work on other initiatives.

Queensland Urban Utilities sought to appoint an integration services implementation partner to deliver a number of outcomes, the
basis of which was the design and architecture of an integration platform. Integral was successful in being selected by QUU as
their Integration Partner. Key elements of the engagement included the design, sizing and implementation of the Integration Platform
in alignment with the logical solution architecture, security architecture and policies. Subsequent delivery included the enablement
of several integration services for QUUs ERP and GIS platforms. Integral was responsible for the overall project management of the
solution including the development of support documentation and successful handover.

Integral is Griffith University’s integration and application development partner, providing services since 2011. Integral has been
responsible for the design and implementation of Griffith’s OFM based integration platform; implementation of Griffith’s Integration
solutions for student administration, admissions, enrolment and student portal; implementation of Griffith’s data integration suite and
operational data store; support of Griffith’s integration platform and associated business critical applications, particularly Online
Enrolments.
Griffith’s enrolment system is a business critical application that experiences very high peak loads at key times in the Griffith
academic calendar. Integral has been responsible for implementation, support and maintenance, performance tuning and testing
of the application and integration components as well as the support and management of Griffith’s WebLogic production and
pre-production environments. Additionally, Integral is also conducting a project to establish Griffiths Integration Competency Centre
including establishing methodologies, processes, reference architecture and the Integration team.

Integral Services Delivered:
Virgin Australia maintains one of the most significant Oracle Fusion Middleware environments in Australia. Integral provided Service
Oriented Architecture platform design, provisioning, configuration and administration services to Virgin. Integral was engaged to
design and implement Virgin’s highly available, fault tolerant and scalable solution architecture for the SOA platform (10 domains /
50+ production servers). Integral provided consulting and mentoring for Virgin’s integration team in new technologies, best practice
and standards. Integral was also responsible for the implementation of an Application Performance Management and Monitoring
component using Oracle Business Transaction Management (BTM).
Additionally Integral provided 24x7 operation support for the Integration Platform within Virgin.

Gold Coast City Council
Integral is the principal provider of integration services to the Gold Coast City Council (GCCC) since2007. As well as establishing
GCCC’s Integration Methodology (based on IIM) and development approaches, Integral also established the core Enterprise Service
Bus. Integral has delivered a number of projects, including mobility, geospatial, and document management. Integral is a trusted
advisor to the Gold Coast City Council in the areas of Integration and is regularly asked to provide advice and guidance in relation
to integration strategy, implementation and operations.
