Feasibility study looks at the possibility of establishing a new world-class mother-child hospital
The A.P. Møller Foundation and Ole Kirk’s Foundation have teamed up with the Capital Region of Denmark to fund a feasibility study to identify opportunities to achieve this goal by establishing the best possible new setting for the centre.
Mother - Child Hospital
The objective of the feasibility study is to identify possible scenarios for
creating a future mother-child hospital that can serve as a place of learning
for the patient and family-centred treatment of women and children, where
patient treatment and care, research and education work as an integrated
whole. The aim is to gather all treatments for children in an optimal
environment that offers a unique setting for the entire family. An additional
goal is to simultaneously create an exceptional building that represents the
cutting edge internationally within architecture, logistics, operations,
functionality and sustainability.
