How to Cultivate
l Chop the paddy straw in the machine 1” longl Soak the paddy straw in water tank for 24 Hrsl Disinfect the paddy straw with 200 ml of Pharmalein for 100 lit of water and
Carbandazim 10 g/100 lit waterl Dry the paddy straw with optimum moisture about 60 -65%l Take the PP bag of 14”x24” (150 TO 200 GAUGE)l Tie the poly bag with Jute twine at the bottoml Tie the poly bag with Jute twine at the bottoml Make it inside outl Introduce the Sterile & withered paddy straw one layer 2-3”l Introduce the mushroom Spawns on to it (only on the edges)l Repeat the process up to the top.l Make sure that the paddy straw should be the last layerl Tie the Poly bag on the top with Jute/nylon twinel Make some holes (PIN PRICK) in the poly bags for respiration l Take them to the Spawn running/bed formation hut.

l Take out the formed beds from the Hutl Check the beds for other fungal coloniesl Cut the good beds in two halvesl Apply the sterilized soil for casingl Spray water on the cased soil l Place the beds in the mushroom culture roomsl Place the beds in the mushroom culture roomsl Sprinkle water in the cultivation rooml Ensure the wetness in the casing soill Check daily for any other fugal formation other than Milk
Mushrooml Notice the buds on the casing soil within 8 daysl Allow the mushroom to grow up to the optimum size
