The strategy of this project is to improve the organizational
maturity through developing organizational business process
workflow based on Capability Maturity Model (CMM), one of
the first of the models and developed by Software
Engineering Institute for software development.

practices in key areas and the definition of maturity
levels.” (Rohrbeck, 2010, p.6)
