A. Before ExecutionThe Project is to be approved by Palli Sabha,
Gram Sabha Panchayat Samiti & Zillaparisad.Approved Project List/Action Plan is to be sent
to GP & PS and work to be taken up on priority basis.
The Plan, Estimate & Design to be prepared by the JE with wage component of minimum 60%, & the same to be technically sanctioned by the competent authority.
Project Code to be generated at Block Level NREGAsoft (http://nrega.nic.in).Example:- 2427004011/RC earthen Road 70335
Financial Sanction will be done at DPC level. C1 - is the demand for the work, C2 - is the Job provided & Muster roll to be
generated with computerised number & the same will be issued by the Programme officer.

B. During Execution Work Site will be facilitated with rest shed, First-aid box ,drinking
water supply & Creatures if required. The Gram sanjojaka will be provided with a bag containing a copy of
Case Record, Stock Register, Grievance Register, Muster Roll, Diary, Measurement register,Measuring Tape, Calculator, First-Aid box , other register & forms
Photographs of Working laborers at regular interval indicating dates.
The muster roll is to be maintain by Gram Sanjojak Daily @90/Day per head.
The daily Measurement will be taken by Gram Sanjojak in his note book & should be signed by the group leader.
The Measurement will be taken by the JE in every Seven days which is to be check measured by the competent authority.
B. During Execution (contd..) After passing of bill the payment will be made through the Post
Office/Bank. the Gram Sanjojaka has to collect the signature/LTI from the
labourer & he should declar the wage amount , name of the Bank/Post office & wage slip given to the labourers.
Interim monitoring committee report is to be attached. Online entry of paid muster roll & vouchers by the CP will be
done. Payment amount will be entered in job card & employment
register The most sincere duty of a Gram sanjojaka to provide regular
mesurement, regular payment, smooth management of work site.
C. After CompletionFinal monitoring committee reportFinal photographs of Project.Completion certificate of indicating( Date of
Comm…, Date of Comp…., Mandays generated, Expenditure incurred)

Six Register of MGNREGA will be maintained properly at GP level to ascertain the transparency of MGNREGS.
