Sub: Documents required for Applying IMPORT-EXPORT CODE.

CHECKLIST

1. Application Form ANF-2A.

2. Self attested PAN Card of the Proprietor.

3. Self attested Residential Proof.

4. Business Phone and Email id.

5. Demand Draft for Rs 250/ in favor of Jt, DGFT, Hyderabad.

6. Business Premises Proof.Viz. Telephone bill, Lease deed, Electricity bill

etc.

7. Bank Certificate in Part-B of ANF-2A.

8. Self addressed envelope duly affixing postal stamp worth Rs 30/-.

9.3 Stamp size and 2 Passport size Photographs of the Proprietor.

Remember:

1. Applicant should have Current Account in the Bank.

Pls arrange all above documents and Govt Formalities.
