• Determine strategy for implementation – solid science + public engagement – static + mobile vaccination team approach depending on country/culture/land-type
• Deliver proof of concept – ONE KEY AREA – 70% vaccination – show it can be done, sponsors/policy makers back winners
• Establish ongoing rabies response / surveillance (dedicated teams, respond to notifications with ring-fenced vaccination)
