The bride Is thedaughter of Mrs. Lucille Frankand the late William Hren, 45Third Avenue, Huntington Station,She was given in marriage by herstepfather, Herbert Frank andher attendants included four sis-ters, a friend, and smallneice.

The bridegroom who is theson of Mr, and Mrs. Alfred Mehlof 20 Sellger Court, HuntingtonStation, had as his best man,Joseph Schmidt. Ushers wereWilliam Hren, brother of thebride and Stephen Thlde. Thesmall ring bearer was ArthurPretory, Jr., cousin of the groom.

Soloist during the weddingceremony was Mrs, Linda Wlre-nius and organist was RussellHedberg.' The bride's gown was ofchantlliy lace over nylon tulleand taffeta. Its fitted bodice wasembroidered wlth' se*d pearlsand sequins and draped into abouffant shirred lace skirt. Herpearl tiara held a fingertip veilof French illusion. She carrieda Bible with a shower arrange-ment of white roses and steph-anotls.

Her sister, Mrs. Lucille Mid-ler as Matron of Honor worea nile green dress of nylon tricotover taffeta with lace Jacket.The bridesmaids, Carol, twinsDoreen and Diane Hren, and MissSherry Batchelor wore similargowns in lemon yellow, LuAnsMuller, flower girl, had nilegreen. , Each; attendant wore .. aseed pearl and veil headpiece tomatch her gown,

Mrs. Muller carried a cascadeof yellow and tangerine carna-tions as did the flower girl;

The Huntington Township ArtLeague will sponsor an outdoorshow in Heckscher Park, on Route25A, Huntington Saturday andSundoy, June 15 and 16. Opento all artists and craftsmen Inany media, the show Is con-spon-sored by the Town'of Hunting-ton.

Dr. Schatz attended Universityo f ' Toronto and was • graduatedfrom University of Michigan withdegrees of B.A. and M.A. Heserved, for some time, as prin-cipal of Saline High School, andas Instructor of English at Mich-igan State Teachers College. Fol-lowing a period of study at Har-vard in preparation for the Ph.D.the Rabbi received a M.A. incomparative literature and thenaccepted a post as a member ofthe German Faculty at the Uni-versity of Michigan.

In 1933 Rabbi Schatz was grad-uated from the Jewish instituteof Religion as Rabbi and Masterof Hebrew Letters.
