The Huntersville Town Center is a mixed-use building housing

administrative offices for the Town as well as an interactive space for

the very successful Discovery Place Kids.

The three-story building is designed to convert to office or retail space

should the children’s museum ever become vacant. Included in the

building offices, board room, learning garden, theater, and a gallery.

The projects conception was intended as a catalyst for future growth

in downtown Huntersville.
