1. Introduction
The HR Module is integrated suite of number of necessary HR functions, such as storing
employee data, managing payrolls, recruitment processes, benefits administration and
keeping track of attendance records. It ensures everyday Human Resources processes are
manageable and easy to access

Filtering the dashboard by employee user name (by default the logged in user) and by date (by default
today).
View the status of the employee in terms of the following percentages: Annual vacations percentage,
sick leave percentage, Exit permits percentage, Remaining discounts percentage, etc.
Display totals related to employee paid leave and unpaid leave, number of days of absence and
attendance, sanctions, total working hours and overtime hours.
Charts Section:
o Targeted Transactions Chart
o Work Days Chart
o Expiry of Government Papers
These charts have zoom control elements; the x-axis will change the duration whenever we click on
particular point on the graph; that’s mean when we click on a spot on a certain month “x-axis represents
a year ”we will zoom in to that month in more detailed data” x-axis represents a month” and vice
versa.(Look at the following figures)

Employee profile handles the information of each and every member of an organization.

General Employee Details- This section includes employee Name, Work start date, birth date,
user name, employee ID and other personal details.
Search By Employee ID – user can search about any pre-entered employee by using employee
ID.
Employee Status – This will determine whether the user is in active mode or in under test mode.
Employee Work Location – This will determine whether the user is working inside or outside the
company.
Employee Profile Fields– This contains all the employee profile categories:
o Contacts information: Work Mobile, Personal Mobile, Work Telephone, Home
Telephone, Personal Email, Work Email, Facebook Account, etc.…
o Contracts information: details related to the employee contract like, Job Title, Job
Category, Job Degree, Contract Type, Bank Account, Payment Method, etc.…
o Government information: details related to the government.
o Qualification information: details related to the employee Qualifications and Degree
o Previous jobs: details related to employee previous job.
o Training courses: details related to employee previous training courses.
o Language Computer language skills and computer skills.
o Health insurance: details related to health insurance and escort subjects.

Employees page provides search functionality that search among the information of
each and every member of an organization.
Search fields– used to search by employee details.
Search Results – This contains all the employees that match the search details, each includes
Delete, Update and Details(Edit) buttons .
Print Button– Provide Printing functionality.

5.3 Employee Upgrade Salary
Select the employee whose salary will be upgraded and fill up the required fields.
Enter the reason for upgrading the salary.
Button is used to view all history salary for the chosen employee.
5.4 Stop Salary
Select the employee from search field or from the list.
Enter the date to start stop the salary which will last for one month.
Activate the situation of stop salary for the selected employee.

Request Type like request for holiday, certificate, break, etc.

7.2 Monthly Working Time Schedule
Search feature that contains several filters like employee name, job title, management name,
department, etc.
Key Map that consists of different colors each of them is a different timing type.
These are the results that show the employee schedule for the selected duration each colored
box represents timing period that are clarified in the above key map.
7.3 Add Official Holidays
This Page is used to add official holiday and activate it. User can search for pre-entered holiday
by using holiday code and then edit, save, delete print and refresh the data.

To setup new notification:
Select the type of the notification.
Select the notification method: by email, by website, to manager or all of them.
Enter the title and remarks.
Select the duration which the notification will be activated after it finished.
Click on save button.

This section displays a list of employee evaluation names and categories.
New button will navigate you to add evaluation page.
Update button will navigate you to evaluation page for editing details.

10.2 Create Employee Evaluation
Create Employee Evaluation is done by:
Select employee category whether he is an administrative or an executive customer service.
Select type of evaluation.
Select employee name.
Select under which management the employee is following
Click on create evaluation button.
Click on send evaluation to direct manager.
You can print the detailed report or general report.
