DESIGN CHARACTERISTICS:
Maximum Axle Load: 20 tons. Maximum Design Speed: 96 km/h passengers, 64 km/h freight

PAYMENT OF MANDATORY INVESTMENTS
Every time the Concessionaire requests the payment of the S&S investments, it shall increase the amount of the Letter of Guarantee for the same amount to be paid.
