n Tk20 is the official assessment and portfolio software system of Teachers College, Henderson. Program-required key assessments, portfolios, projects, work samples, applications required for program admission and field experience, and data related to professional testing and certification are all collected, processed, and archived through the university’s Tk20 secure portal.

n Artifact: Vision Walk from EDL 6223 Supervision and Leadership—Dr. Jenkins
n Reflection: Participating in a vision walk through the elementary school with the principal, counselor, two teachers, a parent, and a community member created an understanding of the importance of intentionality when it comes to the visioning process. The value of stakeholder involvement became evident in the vision. Good leaders involve others in creating a vision, walking and talking the vision, using the vision for decision-making, and revisiting the vision when changes are needed.
