Organization Introduction
Established in November 7, 2007
Founded by reputed entrepreneurs: “A” class institution licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank
Operating with 47 branches and still in process of opening new branches all over Nepal.
Activities Done
Maintaining attendance record of all branches.
Keeping entries of the dropped-in CVs, allotting respective codes
Make phone calls to the selected applicants for the interview.
Filing the document folders in the respective cabinets
Creating files of the new staffs and filing their documents for future purpose.
Entering the TNA (Training Need Assessment) forms.
Other activities:
Preparing Interview charts
To allocate the branches and departments to the selected interns after receiving their CVs.
Lessons Learnt :
The ultimate success of any organization depends on Human Resource.
Socializing with people, dealing with co-workers or seniors, making the working environment friendlier and cozier.
Time Management and the need of communication skills.
How Human Resource Department looks after the entire human resource in an industry; how selection and recruitment procedures are followed.
