The notes on a piano go up in steps alphabetically from LEFT to RIGHT.
The most common way to play chords on piano is the TRIAD, (3 notes).

The difference between
Major and Minor is the 3rd.
This is a FLAT sign:
Lower the note by one semitone
On a piano that is one step to the
Left.
This is a SHARP sign:
Raise the note by one semitone
On a piano that is one step to the
Right.This is a NATURAL
sign:
Keep the note white.

Tune the ‘open’ strings of the Guitar from lowest to highest:
