Step 1: Locate the Files• Go to the folder where all the files are stored. If files are in different
folders, put them together in one folder. *Optional Note: You can have folder in folder (i.e.. Drag one folder inside another).*
Example: In this folder I have the pictures which I will add to zip file. You open the folder where you have your files.

Step 2: Select The Needed Files
• Select the files you want to add to the zip file with your mouse. Don’t click anywhere after selecting the files.

Step 3: Send to Compressed File
• Carefully right click on any selected file and choose “Send To” -> “Compressed (Zipped) Folder”. If the files get deselected, re-do step 2.

• Did you realize a new file has appeared in the folder? That is the zip file you just created. Congratulations.
