• Create guidance and working with respective
LC coaches to define customised transition
plan from current state to suggested
structure and JD
• Start implementation ASAP and evaluate.

• Work with MCVP OD regarding potential of
“TM/ learning member integration” within
iGCDP/oGCDP team, and co-create plan for
transition on LC level.
