• Many sellers are choosing to stay in their homes and remodel

• Sellers can't find a replacement home that is better or as good as the one they are currently living in

• Earlier then normal spring selling season

• Prices continue to increase

• Slow down in building permits = slow down in new homes being built

• Sellers are opting to rent their current home and purchase another one instead of selling

• Interest rate are beginning to climb. Remember 1% rate increase = 11% price increase

In June: Why have the number of new listings gone down from May 2018 to June 2018, when in the previous 2 years they have gone up?
