HOME ACCESS CENTER Initial Login Screen

Choose Appoquinimink School District from the drop-down menu
Your username & password will be assigned and distributed to you via a letter/email/phone call.
Username will be your first and last name
FirstName.LastName (Jon.Snow)
Password must have capital, lowercase and a number.
PLEASE DO NOT SHARE YOUR PASSWORD. Students in Grades 6-12 have their own logon.
HOME ACCESS CENTER Challenge Questions
Parents will be asked to set up two challenge questions/answers.
Example of “Challenge Questions” they may create:
What was the color/make of your first car?
Where was your childhood favorite place to visit?
What state were you born in?
Where did you meet your spouse/significant other?
Challenge questions should be something only parent/guardian would know and will provide additional security of children’s information. Challenge questions will also assist parents in changing passwords.

• Quick View: displays basic assignment information and scores
• Full View: displays additional fields related to averaging assignment scores
• View Classwork by Marking Periods, by specific a course
• Course attachments or syllabus are available by clicking the course name link
Displays course assignments, due dates, potential points and scores for gradebook assignments.

• Students in Grades 6-12 will have a “true” course schedule that reflects the
building bell schedule.
• Students in Grades KN -5 schedules will not reflect the correct order or time
that courses occur.

• Clicking the course name allows you to see the course syllabus, if uploaded by teacher
• Clicking the teacher name allows you to email the teacher
HOME ACCESS CENTERReport Card Tab Report Cards for KN-12 are displayed on the Report Card tab
• Depending on the grade level, student competencies, course competencies and course grades
• A print button is provided so parents can download and print a copy of the report card.
• Honor Roll, Earned Credits and GPA appear on this page, if applicable.

Please do NOT change student emails, as this
is the student’s logon information to
Schoology.
The Registration Tab displays student birthday, gender, grade, house team & counselor.

HOME ACCESS CENTER
Parents can change password or challenge questions under
“My Account”.
If the parent has more than one student within Appoquinimink
School District, they can click the “Change Student” button. One
Username and Password will be assigned to all students
connected to the Parent/Guardian.
FAQ ON HAC Parent cannot see IPR/Report Card grades
During IPR/Report Card processing the Data Department turns off access
to the IPR or Report Card screen. Once processing is complete, access is
restored.
Parent cannot remember username/password
Please have parent click the FORGOT PASSWORD link
PLEASE DO NOT CHANGE EMAIL OR PASSWORDS FOR STUDENTS. Student
email & passwords are linked to their Schoology account.
HAC is closed over the summer and will reopen at the beginning of the school year.
