Your Message Center is your central location for sending

and receiving messages from attendees at the show. When

hanleywoodConnect is open (approximately 4-6 weeks before

the show through 60 days after the event), you can send an

individual attendee an email – or send an email to a specific

group of attendees.

Sending an email through Your Message Center is easy! Whether

you’re browsing attendees in hanleywoodConnect or reviewing

the latest exhibitor news in ConnectionPoint, simply follow these

step-by-step instructions:

To send an email through hanleywoodConnect:

Sign-in using your e-code and search attendees1.

Save your search2.

Go to Saved Searches and select ‘email group’3.

You will then be re-directed to Your Message Center4.

REMINDERS:

hanleywoodC• onnect is included with your booth space.

You have an allotment of complimentary email/appointment credits to use, based on your booth size•

They WILL expire approximately 60 days after the show – use them today!•
