When do we obtain quotes from HUB’s?You should get quotes for every purchase (written or
verbal) to ensure maximizing our expenditures When is it required?
Federal Fund purchases (19.330 & 19.331) from $3,000 to $5,000 and all purchases over $5,000 not purchased under a cooperative purchasing network• How many quotes do I need?
You must solicit at least three quotes, two of which must be obtained from HUBs. If any are "No Bid", you must obtain a 4th bid from any vendor
