Batelov

●It is the small town on Czech-Moravian border●The first written record dates back to 1279●Karel Havlíček Borovský stayed here as a student and he wrote a poem Dumka Batelovská on top. There is a memory plaque in the hill Vršek●There are also sights: the church of Saint Peter and Paul, a castle, a synagogue, Jewish cemetery

Kámen

●13th century castle●First it belonged to Henry of Ziegelheimu, then Tluksu family, lords of Ziegelheimu, Malovci●There is the exhibition of old motorcycles

●It is gothic castle from the 14th century●It was built by the Lords of Hradec●The other owners were Slavata from Košumberk, Liechtenstein of Kastelkorn and Podstatsky-Lichtenstein.●In 1915 it was burned

Jihlava

●It is the county seat of Highlands●It was established in the 13th century as a mining town with silver mining●It lies on the both sides of the Czech-Moravian Land boundaries●There are many sightseeings: the Church of Saint James, the Church of Virgin Mary, the old town hall on Masaryk Square, the Gateway of Mother of God etc.

Nativity scene in Třešť

●It was built in the early 19th century●First they were paper nativity scenes, in the second half of the 19th century they were replaced by wooden ones●They are made as a diorama, than the scenery changed to the painted scenery called "lončoft"●Every Christmas (from December 26 to February 2) Schumpeter's house is opened to the public

Pelhřimov

●It is a town that was founded in the 13th century●There is a famous Museum of records and curiosities●On the square center you can find dean church of Saint Bartholomew, the statue of Saint Wenceslas, the Hall and the Astronomical Clock●The famous family Lipský, the actor, comes from this town. Visitors can admire the exhibition "Lipský Hall or the first Czech MUSEum"

Telč (castle)

●It was originally a „water“ castle, built by Henry III. of Hradec in the third quarter of the 14th century●Zacharias of Hradec rebuilt this castle into a Renaissance chateau●Since 1992, it has been in the UNESCO World Heritage List●The part of the castle is a large park, which is one of the oldest architectural parks in the Czech Republic
