High Security Low-Profile Lock Plug

DescriptionHighfield’s Low-profile, High Security Lock Plugs have been designed to safely secure open ended piping, meter bars, and service stops. The two piece construction allows for handling fewer parts and easy field installation with standard hand tools. Our low profile plugs are available with a variety of lock and key combinations including the #5, #5A, #6, and Beta systems. Please specify desired lock and key when ordering.

Installationu Remove shroud from plug using appropriate

key.u Thread plug into open pipe end and tighten

by applying a wrench to the flats.u Using appropriate key, operate lock and

push shroud snugly over O-ring seal.u Remove key.u When shroud is installed and locked

into position, shroud will rotate freely, eliminating unauthorized removal.
