LEARNING THROUGH PROJECT
Project work is an essential part of the Post +raduate 2iploma in /usiness
Management -P.+.2./.M.0 curriculum in I/M% -Institute of /usiness Management
%esearch0 Chinchwad, Pune. 2uring this Project Work, I could a"le to understand
practicalities of the learning. How the works are done in the real corporate F "usiness
worlds !iE a !iE management study. It is a great learning as well as e#periencing
process.
I was lucky enough to get in to my Project programmed at Hero MotoCorp Ltd. Pune
I achie!ed all the o"jecti!es, which I wanted to, achie!e in the duration of ProjectWork. )he "asic o"jecti!e of the Project was to find new "usiness opportunities for
our company to get incremental "usiness in todays economic recession. Moreo!er,
another o"jecti!e was to enhance my managerial skills.
*nd I trust I got succeed in achie!ing all these o"jecti!es.
*fter my Project Work, our management decided to adopt the same strategy as
concluded "y me after my e#ploratory research which ga!e me full satisfaction and
confidence for my work done.

on the market.
8. Local 2emos and display can "e impro!ed in terms of Nuality and
Duantity so that understanding regarding product will impro!e and it will
capture more share of mind.
6. Cost effecti!e mode of promotion will help to reduce the promotional
cost.
