The Sheriffs’ Office working in a combined effort with theIndiana County District Attorney, Indiana County Probation,Domestic Relations Office, Pennsylvania State Police, and allMunicipal Police in Indiana County are working to get theseindividuals off the streets.

By everyone working together, we can removethese criminals from the streets, and help keep Indiana CountySafe.
Respectfully,
Robert E. FyockSheriff
Dear Citizens of Indiana County:
In order for our Criminal JusticeSystem to work, defendants must facethe consequences of their criminalconduct and appear when required bythe Courts. In some cases, defendants decide to run from the law; these decisions negativelyimpact our community in many ways, including the risk of the defendants re-offending, the cost of locating andtransporting the fugitives, the cost ofcourt resources to manage and trackthe backlog of fugitive cases, and the
financial, physical, and emotional cost to the victims of crime innot receiving justice in a timely manner.
In an effort to locate these fugitives, law enforcement agenciesin Indiana County have joined together to produce this publicationfeaturing Indiana County’s “Most Wanted.” These individuals arecharged with crimes, wanted for probation and parole violations,or wanted for failure to pay fines, restitution, or child support.
Indiana County law enforcement agencies take seriously theirresponsibility to fight crime and protect the citizens of our county. To be successful, however, we need your assistance. Pleasereview the fugitive listings, and if you have any information aboutthe whereabouts of any of these individuals, please contact thepolice agency requesting the individual, the Indiana CountySheriff’s Office at (724) 465-3930, or the District Attorney’s Officeat (724) 465-3835. You may also contact your local policedepartment with information.
On behalf of the law enforcement agencies in Indiana County, thank you for joining in our fight to locate and bring fugitives tojustice. Working together, we can maintain the quality of life thatmakes our community so great.
Sincerely,
Thomas M. BiancoThomas M. BiancoDistrict Attorney
