Procurement Services ProgramWhat Is It?
• Provides a menu of “pay for as you need” procurement related services
• Provided by individuals with expertise and proficiency (PSPs) to AEs on a requested basis
• Required for first program
Procurement Services ProgramHow Does It Work?
MENU OF SERVICES
• Review Procurement Services Program AE Summary• Contact PSP to answer any questions• Determine services needed and select PSP
WORK
ORDER
• Complete PSP Work Order Form and email to PSP
• Email copy of work order to [email protected]• Upon PSP acceptance of project follow-up with details• Set regular communication schedule with PSP
COMPLETION OF SERVICES
• Client signs contract with hotel/venue• Enter contracted booking in Gateway and complete form
section for PSP services• Advise PSP of contracted booking and program arrival date
PSP PAYMENT FOR
SERVICES
• Upon GC receipt of payment from venue; GC shall reduce amount owed AE by PSP fee per work order and remit to PSP
