Adult Services WANT TO TALK ABOUT BOOKS?
We currently have two ongoing book discussion
groups, which are always open to new members.
Both meet on the fourth Thursday of the month,
although November will be a bit tricky because of
Thanksgiving. The senior book discussion meets in
the afternoon, and the evening book discussion
meets at 7 pm. Both groups are facilitated by
librarians, and reading choices are made to appeal to
the tastes of the group members. Please call the
reference desk – 786-3800 ext. 18 – to check meeting
dates or what book is coming up for discussion.
BUSINESS DATABASE CHANGE
If you have used the
Business and Company
Resource Center recently,
you may have noticed that it
has changed over to a new
product called Business
Insights: Essentials. The new product provides the
same information and more, arranged in a more
intuitive way, so that you can find what you need
quickly. This is a great resource for job hunters,
entrepreneurs, businesspeople looking for suppliers
and many others. This database and most of our
others are available to you 24/7 from home or
wherever you have computer access. Questions?

District closes for the day, the library opens at 1:00 pm. If

radio, and on cancellations.com. No fines on snow days!
