Haehn Campus Center Rental of 850.00 includes: Alumnae Hall and O’Connell’s,
set-up and table linen for the dinner, linen and skirting for the head table, cake table, gift
table, DJ table, and name card table, microphone, computer and projector.

Children’s Meal: 6.95 per meal
A prearranged children’s meal can be arranged for your guests. Sample meals include
chicken strips and grilled cheese. Each meal comes with tater tots, carrots and dip and
milk. These selections are children’s portions.
Wedding Cake: Wedding cakes can be brought in from a cer tified baker.
Bar Service: 95.00 per bar
The College of Saint Benedict holds a full liquor license which allows the College to offer
both host and cash bars. Please see the catering guide for selection and bar fees. Butler
service is available at an additional charge.

Taxes/Service Charge: 7.375% Food and Housing

15% service charge on food and beverages served
Payment: One month pr ior to the event date, one half of the estimated invoice is due
and two weeks prior to the event date the remainder of the estimated invoice is due. Final
payment for the remaining balance is due 15 days after receipt of the final invoice for the
event.
Decorating: Decorating can be done in the Haehn Campus Center with pr ior
approval. Candles with globes are allowed as long as the globe prevents wax from dripping
onto the tables, linens or floors. Confetti, glitter and real loose rose petals are not allowed.
Housing: Air conditioned residential and apar tment housing is available from mid -
May through the first week in August. A personalized webpage can be set-up for your guest
to reserve a room in advance. Room options vary.
The use of Haehn Campus Center can be used for your reception, dinner and dance. Any
other use of the center needs to be approved and prearranged with the Events & Catering
Staff.
