AsmanyofyouwillremembermyteamandIbeganthedevelopmentofthe2016-2017BoardStrategicWorkPlan(SWP)inlateAprilandafterabroadconsultativeeffort,wepresentedthefinalizedplantoGSACouncilinOctober.

InearlyJanuary,myteamandImettodiscussourprogressonthevariousinitiativesdevelopedintheplan.Inpreparationforprovidingthisupdatetoyou,Iaskedmyteamtoeachidentifytwoinitiativesthattheyhavecompletedandthattheyfeelhavehadanotableimpact,aswellasthetwoinitiativesthattheyaremostexcitedabouttacklingnext.Belowisasummaryofourdiscussion.AttachedyouwillfindthecompleteGSABoardSWPasitwaspresentedtoyouinOctober.MyteamandIhaverevieweditcarefullyanddevelopedacolour-codingsystemtotrackourprogressonthevariouselementsoftheSWP–IencourageyoualltohavealookandIwelcomethechancetodiscussthiswithyouonJanuary23.
