Grand Knight’s Thoughts Our Council is blessed with many active Members who help us stay in the public eye, while serving our Church and Community. Wednesday evening, 4/25, another Catholic gentleman joined our Council by attending an Admission Degree at St. Francis of Assisi. Please welcome John Williams toour Council. More are scheduled to join in May. Also, please join me in congratulating the winners of our KNIGHT OF THE MONTH awards for the Third quarter of 2017-2018:
January – JEFF JOHNSON – Free Throw Contest STEVE JUSKA - Essay Contest
February – DON CLARK – Comedy Night
March - DAN KAVANAUGH – 40 Cans for 40 Days
Programs such as these reach all age groups in and out of our Church and Community. Any participants can easily see the fun we promote and our Catholic fellowship. Pictures attached take us to Midway Airport, several Churches (in our Regalia and in “work” cloths), and out on the street. We gather in the morning, at mid-day and at night to serve with energy and pride. What a great way to show everyone who we are and what we do. I hope ideas never stop coming up at meetings because that is how we grow in Charity. The simplest idea could prove to have a very large effect in our world. Remember, with God, ALL things are possible.
