Dina is a Moldovan engineeringgraduate of ENSCBP. Afterinternships in Ireland and Germany,Dina spent one year studying at theUniversity of California. She thenwent on to complete a PhD in Italy,for which she received a Pierre andMarie Curie scholarship, awardedby the European Commission.
