• Eat more protein:Foodssuchasmeats,eggs,cheese,andbeansincreasedopamineandnorepinephrinemakingyoufeelmorealert

• Take breaks when studying:Shortperiodsofstudyingwithbreaksinbetweencanhelpyouavoidgettingtiredandlosingmotivation

• Make a to-do list and/or reminder:Keeptrackofeverythingthatyouwishtoaccomplishandcheckitemsoffthelistasyougo!

• Make time for fun:Havingfunisanimportantpartofbeinghealthy.Taketimeouttocatchamovieorspendsometimewithfriends.Itwillrelaxandrejuvenateyou!
