Theresumewillbereviewedtoevaluatetherelevanceoffull‐time,managerialand/orprofessionalworkexperience.Experienceisnotsimplyevaluatedintermsofyears,butalsothenatureoftheapplicant'sworkexperience.Assuch,resumessubmittedforreviewshouldfocusonanapplicant’sroles,responsibilitiesofhis/herworkexperiences,andadvancement,opposedtosimplyjobtitles.Thedepthandbreadthofanindividual'spriorpositions,hisorhercontributionstotheworkenvironment,andlevelofresponsibilityandprogressionareimportant.Finally,theprogramseeksdiversityintheprofessionalbackgroundsofitsadmittedstudentsjustasitdoesinallotherpartsofourapplicants'profiles.Waiversaregrantedbasedonacombinationofanapplicant’sfull‐time,managerialand/orprofessionalworkexperience,alongwithevidenceofsuccessfulprioracademicexperience(GPA2.7orgreater).Belowareprofilesrepresentingapplicantswhowouldbegrantedawaiver:
