Energy is the largest sector of the world economy. 88% of our electricity comes from heat engines.
Waste Heat Loss (45%)
Transmission Loss (6%)
Overall, about 50% of the energy is wasted
Input: Heat from combusted fuels, sun, nuclear fission, etc.
Output 1: Useful work (movement or electricity production).
Output 2: Waste heat (heat input not converted to electricity).
Traditional systems vs. Our innovative approach
•No Rocker arm •No Oil Anywhere •No Pushrod •No Tappet •No Cam •No Camshaft •No Camshaft sprocket •No Drive chain •No Wrist Pin •No Crankshaft sprocket •No Wrist
•Economic value design •Highly efficient with low quality thermal energy •Smaller engine size – 5-50kW •Issued patents under license
•Valve Timing Adjusts Dynamically •Higher Speed Operation vs. Traditional Camshaft Valve Systems •Higher Efficiency Operation vs. Traditional Camshaft Valve Systems

Our innovative approach
•Economic value design •Highly efficient with low quality thermal energy •Smaller engine size – 5-50kW •Issued patents, under (pending) license
Very economical and affordable
Flexible and scalable
Designed for on-site installations
Issued patents
Simple to manufacture and install
Provides energy storage capabilities
Built two prototypes in the 0.5-5 kW range.
Currently building a multi-cylinder, commercial scale prototype that can run off of steam or pressurized hot water.
Run the prototype radial engine in test mode to demonstrate efficient & safe operation.
Once finished, incorporate the multi-cylinder prototype into a commercial installation.
GREEN will provide the GyroSolé™ engine, generator, water treatment, system controls and associated plumbing and electrical connections, as the key components of a turnkey CHP system.
“GREEN Inside”
The GyroSolé™ can utilize thermal energy from a range of sources, including the building’s hot water system. Plug & play.
Install 3-6 systems in a variety of businesses, including hotels, laundromats, office buildings and health clubs, to showcase our technology.
Seek agreements and affiliations with large hydronic heating equipment vendors, boiler manufacturers and service companies.
Develop distribution and assembly
network.
Commercial buildings with large usage or demand for hot water Building owners who want low risk, low upfront capital method of reducing utility bills, and make building more sustainable
