Graph Fun:
Name the graphs in the picturethen
Make your own graph picture
Random sharing:Level 2 Networks!
I am playing with linking my geogebra applets visually.
Click on the picture of the appletto get to the applet.

Geogebra Workshop
To structure our learning, and to make learning visible,
I have an “I can do” Checklist for you Geogebra4 is NEW: better, more powerful and easier.
For Achieved I can
• Draw a graph• Add or remove the axis• Add or remove the grid• Add or remove the algebra window• Draw polygons, points and lines• Change colours and thickness of lines• Add and remove labels• Hide objects• Place a tangent on a curve• Construct a midpoint, perpendicular line & parallel lines
For Merit I can
• Make a slider• Use the slider to transform a graph• Use the slider to transform an object (eg as a scale factor)• Use the slider to animate an object or point• Make a check box• Use the check box to show/hide an object• (conditional visibility)• Insert text that shows the equation of my graph• Show the slope of a line (in a text box)• Show the area of a polygon in a text box• Trace a point or object
For Excellence I can• Use the Integral and integral between commands. Hint: function
notation is required for integration eg. y=x^2 does not work, f(x)=x^2 does, Input bar: integral[f,1,2]
• Change the coordinates of a point by using the coordinates of other points x(A) and y(B)
• Change the coordinates of a point using variables (an area or slope)• Construct an applet which graphs the slope of a tangent to a curve• Construct an applet which graphs the area under a graph between
2 points• My applet used conditional visibility, changing text and is designed
for my students• I will use my applet in my classroom!
