M4T3-Valve Manifolds forDifferential Pressure
■ INTRODUCTION
The M4 three-valve manifolds weredesigned for mounting on differentialpressure transmitters having 2 1/8”center-to-center connections.
The M4T directly mounts to thetransmitter, replacing the processconnectors by providing 1/2” NPTprocess connections. M4A manifoldsare also available and provide aflange face for the processconnectors to be mounted.
Three-valves manifolds are the most commonlyused manifolds. The equalization valve allows thetransmitter to be pressurized with line or vesselpressure before differential pressure is applied forflow or level measurement.
■ FEATURES
• Pipestand Mounting
The optional mounting bracket allows the manifold
to be mounted prior to the installation of the
transmitter and easily removed when necessary.
• Stem Back-Out Prevention
This eliminates stem blowout, or accidental
removal while in operation
• Rolled Stem Threads
Unlike cut threads, rolled stem threads have more
strength and longer life.
• Field replaceable Soft Seals
The seat insert can be replaced without removing
the valve from the line.
• Integral Hard Back Seats
Hard back seats protect against stem blowout and
form a secondary seal.
