A detailed experimental work has been carried out to investigate the processing behaviour of the PALF fiber reinforced polyolefin composites. The variation of melt viscosity & the dies well in the composites with the addition of PALF fiber has been studied. Correction factors & other mathematical formulations has been included to optimize the composition & control the process parameters
